Been taking this for a week in alkaline water and sometimes coffee. It is completely tasteless and comes in a nice tinted bottle with a good dropper. Tbh I had forgotten why I originally ordered it but started taking 5-6 drops twice a day right away. I have a clean diet and take a good amount of vitamins, so maybe that's why I had no headaches. I cannot say these minerals 100% got rid of my allergies and hot flashes but there is STRONG correlation. I had morning allergies and hot flashes throughout the day and night but haven't had a single episode of either since taking this. I usually have lots of morning energy but I did have lots of energy one morning when I didn't get enough sleep. Also I do feel more hydrated. Usually when I drink a lot of water, it seems to go right through my system. I've been recommending this to everyone.

I love this stuff! I keep it in my purse/ bag with me so I can just put a few drops in whatever I am drinking (a celcius right now). I will also put it in gatorades, juice, smoothies, protein shakes, or just water. Just make sure that you don't put it in chlorinated water (tap water) or the chlorine will neutralize the minerals. It is tasteless, odorless, and dissolves into anything like a dream. It's really been helping me absorb the nutrients my body needs. My small intestine is so damaged from my celiac disease that I was getting to nutrients from the food I was eating. This has given me such an energy boost! Love it, will reorder when I run out. So I bought this 3 years ago and was afraid to take it. So I just put 1 drop into my quart of water and took a few gulps. Within minutes I felt off. Some slight nausea. I deal with candida, sibo, gut stuff. When Candida dies off my ears get plugged up with wax and my ears ache. It's been about 30minutes and already I feel my ears clogging up. Wow. I think I will keep this as a solution and just drink 1tsp once in a while so my body doesn't detox to hard. Not sure whats going on but something is happening.

I used this with a parasite cleanse, and I think it has helped. The benefits are for digestion and overall Im feeling better. Just put it in filtered water and you are good, I really didnt taste anything. I just do like 6 or 7 drops twice a day. One day I lost track and I was in the bathroom. I think I did 3 or 4 that day. Trust your body, listen to it. You'll feel it work once you get all the yuk out. This is restoring your digestion and putting back the minerals we dont get from eating so be patient. The stuff we learn about hidden gems like this, it's worth spending the extra money until our food supply changes.
