Soft ,spongy bread
It is really nice flour.I used to bake from home aata but didnt get fluffy bread however it works perfectly .soft and spongy bread I got .

Its a flavourful flour
I have used it in small amounts in pie crusts and babka along with refined flour. The flour adds a 'wholesomeness' a bit of a bite and colour to the baked product. I havent tried this flour exclusively for any recipe. Will post update later when i bake with this flour alone. TIll now, i am very happy with this flour. It has enough protein to hold the strength

Great taste, pour packaing for shipping it
I like the taste of the flour, the bread I am baking is coming out extremely good. But thier packaging is terrible.

Good flour for breads
Excellent whole wheat flour for bread baking. Though the bread comes out slightly different in taste but the texture is great.

Good product but too expensive and poor packaging
Good flour for making bread at home but a little too expensive. Also the packaging is quite poor as a lot of flour is falling out of the packet.

Baked best bread ever
This is such a good flour that I can spend my whole lifetime kneading it. Never thought I'd make such a statement but guess this has become my guilty pleasure now. Dough becomes so so stretchy with this. Bread tastes awesome and wholesome.
