Does this come with primer?

Can I put dermacol foundation on top of the dermaflage?

When I have tried to put foundation over it (especially liquid, even if it's good quality foundation) it looks messy no matter how carefully I put it on. Some other people say mineral powder make up is fine but personally, the best result I get is putting make up first, primer second and then dermaflage.

Can you use this for your eyelid for a port wine stain

I have very large pores. Will this work on my large open pores
