No Tie Dress Shoe Laces for Men, Waxed Thin Oxford Round Shoelaces

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is the same brand I purchased a few years ago so I repurchased when I need to replace a few of the worn/broken pieces. Considering the rough handling my husband puts these through I feel they are worth every penny. It is amazing how much easier it makes getting his shoes on. He currently has them in a pair of nice leather Rockport shoes, these enable him to slip his foot into his shoes without the worry or need to bend down with a bad back and try to tie laces. I would prefer he use his long handled shoehorn while using these "laces" as the heel of his shoes weren't constructed with slipping them on intended, but it's seems that it's the tongue of the shoe that can be a bit tricky and at times he needs to hold it up in order to slip his foot in. He is a 9.5 4E . All in all it really is a great product if tying shoes causes difficulty, perhaps if there was a long handled grabber that could keep the tongue of the shoes from going into the shoe with your foot these might be even easier to use. I know some athletic shoes have the little area on top of the tongue that allows you to lace through it rather than just over it, this would make these a little bit easier to use completely hands free. I picked these instead of elastic laces because these look much more professional in his dresser work shoes. We use the elastic laces with his sneakers instead bc these little rubbery ones can occasionally pop out of the eyelets . We always have spares of these at his work just in case.

I bought these because I wanted to look like I had my life together without actually doing anything to achieve that. Mission accomplished. They make my dress shoes look sharp and professional, and I didn’t even have to tie a knot. That’s right — I now walk into meetings like a boss even though I spent exactly zero seconds on shoe maintenance. No tie. No flop. No trip hazards. Just elegant deception. Also, somehow these made my Oxfords feel faster. Like, I’m not running in them, but if I had to? I feel like I’d have at least a +2 speed bonus. Minimum.

These are not waxed as the product title says. They are pure silicone. They are quite a bit larger diameter than the small slender dress shoe laces. And if your shoes lace holes are just big enough to thread the slender dress shoe laces into, then you will have a very hard time removing these silicone laces if needed. My shoe only requires five lace holes therefore, I did not need all six that came in this package. I recommend starting with the top place in the package and the top lace on your shoe rather than starting with the bottom lace. In case your shoe has fewer than six lace holes. Overall, they look decent. They are larger as I mentioned, but they don’t look bad. They feel like they keep the shoes snug on my feet.

Makes wearing dress shoes so much more comfortable! It was quick and easy to install and the laces were good lengths. The color looks natural so it doesn’t catch the eye in a bad ways and it fit beautifully!

I’ve purchased these INMAKER no-tie dress shoe laces multiple times to turn regular dress shoes into easy slip-ons. They install easily, look clean, and hold well. A simple, practical upgrade that makes dress shoes much more convenient.

I like the idea of these no tie waxed dress laces since they make dress shoes easy to slip on and off. They are great for lazy mornings and quick changes, and the thin round waxed style looks sharp under oxfords. I did break one while trying to remove it from a shoe which made me question durability. Overall I was not overly impressed because the convenience is high but the longevity felt iffy.

I’ve recommended these to several people I know, because of how convenient they are. I wear them on my knit Cole Haans and my leather Florsheims, and both are so much more comfortable and easy to slip on because of it - and, they look much better without having laces tied. Can’t beat the price either!
