Great Non-Toxic Nail Polish!
I began using SOPHi Nail Polish about six years ago. After using odorous, toxic, and chemical-filled polishes, I began searching for a non-toxic option that came without the toxins and harsh smell. Through much research, I was able to find SOPHi Nail Polish and have been using it every month since. This company delivers a water-based, cruelty-free, vegan, non-toxic, and virtually odorless nail polish formula. SOPHi provides the customer with the confidence and satisfaction of having a beautiful manicure without harsh chemicals found in other nail polishes. The user can enjoy the process of painting nails due to the lack of noxious odor, and feel the joy of wearing the polishes, knowing that they are not harmful to one's body or environment. This brand of nail polish comes in a wide variety of colors, from light pastels to rich dark colors, and finishes such as glitter and crème. There is a perfect polish for everybody, whether you are looking for a classy, professional shade or a bright, neon glitter formula. The assorted colors and finishes of SOPHi Nail Polish are all low odor while looking just as good as regular, toxic nail polishes. It is amazingly easy to find your favorite nail polish’s non-toxic counterpart within SOPHi’s wide selection of shades and formulas. However, SOPHi Nail Polish is not as durable as regular nail polish without other products to supplement the performance. While the brand does sell a nail polish priming and sealing system, on its own, the colored polish does not last as long as standard, toxic nail polish does. SOPHi Nail Polish chips and cracks after 3-5 days of wear while toxic nail polish deteriorates after 7-10 days of wear. All things considered, I would highly recommend SOPHi Nail Polish. There is nothing like the confidence of freshly painted nails, and SOPHi Nail Polish provides that without any harmful chemicals. This nail polish is the best decision for your body and the planet when considering your manicure.

WORST Nail Polish ever
I had big hopes that this was going to be a great non-toxic polish. It is not. I purchased several colors of SOPHi nail polish and brought to use for a pedicure at my nail shop. The pedicurist had never heard of it but proceeded to use it for my pedicure. She had to stop and start over with another polish they had in the shop because she said the quality was so poor that she couldn't work with it. Very streaky so she tried 3 coats but then decided this was not going to work so removed and started over with one of the shop's polishes. Since I spent the money on several colors I decided to use to do my own nails and found it impossible to remove once it has been on your nails for a while. I actually had to contact the manufacturer for help with how to get this off my nails. I was given some crazy instructions for removal including soaking nails in gel nail polish remover and using an emory board to scrape the nail polish off while the remover was on. The use of all these harsh chemicals cancels out the fact that this nail polish is supposed to be chemical free. Since I had no other option I tried what they had instructed and completely destroyed my nails and I still couldn't get the polish off. Their correspondence also stated that leaving the polish on for more than a week will make it very hard to remove which I thought was a bit odd. I ultimately put all the products together and mailed them to the company only to be told they could not reimburse me. I spent $80 on their products and $9 to ship it to them so was disappointed to hear this. From my experience I would not recommend this product or dealing with this company. Eventually and thankfully after some weeks of cutting my nails down to stubs and having new growth I am free of this horrible product.

Healthy, guilt-free, no fumes, beautiful color!
There are pros and cons to this natural nail polish, just like anything else. I use the whole system, so I think I get better results than some reviewers (I have yet to try the hairdryer, which they do recommend to use, so I might get better results if I did this). I would say that if you don’t mind changing your color frequently, then don’t worry about the longevity and get this polish! If you’re looking for a really long lasting polish, this probably isn’t it. That being said, you have to realize that it’s not “regular” nail polish, but you’re getting a non-toxic polish with no fumes, nothing bad for you at all, and it *does* spoil you. I don’t miss fumes at all. When I use my regular polish it’s almost nauseating now! I also find several coats of this actually adds strength to my nails. Use the nail stripper to remove it!!! Nothing else will do. I usually apply a blob of the nail stripper to a nail and pretty much start scraping immediately. Again, it’s not a regular nail polish, so it’s not going to come off like it. It’s a completely different thing, so expect differences. That being said I have about 7 different colors. I love healthy, guilt-free manis!

Incredible scent less & allergy friendly, Pretty color, lil more prone to clumping & chipping.
A new favorite for me and my friends! I highly recommend! — Found out via fellow friends with Mast Cell ‘MCAS’ / Asthma and couldn’t believe how allergy friendly it actually was! The first nail polish I can safely use in years. Plus I love the idea of no chemicals, especially for kiddos and safety. Smells like nothing (maybe the tiny tiniest something if you really tried, but we have spilled it, and even had it open while drying nails with blowing hair dryers, and it was great). The color is very pretty, as shown (a little brighter than I expected, but a welcome surprise). It is more prone to clumping, but does fine. Is very easy to chip, does not last long (needs the coatings as stated, though I unfortunately was allergic to said top coat set as it did smell to me and thus cannot use), that said you can find ways around it, thinner doubled layers are great! It comes off easy, but overall stays decently too. Great brand, great product, great shade!

FOUND FINALLY
No smell is finally found!!! It was difficult to find a beautiful color and it DOES NOT peel off in 2 days! Thank you for such a great polish!!!

It cracks and peels very easily
If you never use your hands for anything and consider your fingers simply ornamental appendages, then this is the polish for you. I applied two coats and used a hair dryer to dry each coat. But some nails had chips in the polish within a couple of hours, and almost all of the nails had significant bare spots after 24 hours. I tried using it twice. The second time, I tried to be careful about what I did with my hands specifically to try to preserve the polish. No dice. It was a chipped, peeling mess again. The only good thing about this is that I didn't really need to use polish remover at all. Most of the polish simply wore off and the rest I was able to scratch off using a fingernail. I hate the toxic smell of normal nail polish, so I give it one star for the fact that it has no offensive odor. When it's still wet, it has a faint smell like zero-VOC latex paint, which is not unpleasant at all. When dry, there's no odor I can detect. It looked fine when first applied, and the color is nice. Unfortunately, I can't repaint my nails every hour, so it's going back.

Not worth it
I was drawn to this polish because it's water-based and nontoxic. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. I followed the instructions, drying my nails with a hair dryer after each coat. It started chipping in about 4 hours. I can't run around with a bottle of nail polish and a hair dryer tucked into my purse, I need something that will stay on at least for a few days. I'm not all that picky, either. If the polish stays on for 3-4 days, I'm happy. Removing this one was a pain as well. It took a lot of scrubbing; dried my nails out.

Looks nice, lasts, difficult to remove
I bought this nail polish for it's safe, chemical free ingredients. Along with base and top coat used about 3 coats of color. Looked nice. Lasted. BUT the only thing I tried that worked to remove the polish is pure acetone nail polish remover. Takes away from the safe, chemical free ingredients. If you're willing to let the polish slowly wear/peel off, it's good.
