For home use the 10 size is better buy. Since certain celebrities got involved in the company the price has gone up considerably. If you need oxygen on a regular basis, buy a Concentrator machine. Boost is for limited home or sports use. 3 stars is because I feel the price is to high.

I am a senior and I bring one to therapy while I am recuperating from wrist surgery. When it gets hard on me with the pain I did a breathe. It seems to help me get through the pain or no gain.

Really nice if you need it. Will increase your stats at least to 95 with three puffs, however does not replace o2 therapy. It's temporary for athletes and to that end shouldn't be used as therapy. It is however a temp solution until you can replace you regular o2 supply, do not think it can replace that 3 puffs replace o2 to 95. For a short while.
