If everything is closed up inside then it should close all the way and stay. Also, check that your people and swans aren't getting into the hinge when you close it. That could make it pop open. Otherwise, yours may be defective.

not sure, sometimes larger pieces don't all fit. try putting smaller pieces inside closable compartments.

Je suis vraiment ravi de cet achat ! Le coffret Polly Pocket "Le Jardin Papillon" est vraiment mignon et bien conçu. Les petites figurines sont détaillées, et les accessoires sont parfaits pour stimuler l’imagination de ma fille. My daughter absolutely loves them. They do have smaller pieces so I definitely would caution from younger kids This adorable park back yard scene come switch a cute mini pool, slide, swing , picnic table and dog and puppy house. The main attraction is the hanging treehouse to hide away. If your child is into make belief play with Polly pockets, this is a must have. I will say , these are prices pretty high. I recommend waiting for sales like your typical days ( blackfri, cyber Mon, Christmas, primeday etc). For under 20$ price tags.
