Extremely disappointed
The fan does not work. The device rotates with no airflow.

Second hand, but you wouldn’t know it
Bought mine second hand for my partner. Absolutely would not know it was, because it looks new.Looks really sturdy, as well as being aesthetically pleasing. Some bolts/screws are very small, so be very careful not to lose any (or your sanity trying to get them in!)Metal fans are definitely the way to go!

Simple & robust!
Just a heads up about why this fan is a 4/5 and not a 5/5 — it’s slightly more grey than blue in person (would have preferred it to be a bit more vibrant like the picture), so my rating doesn’t have anything to do with the functionality of the fan! This fan was really easy to construct — I’m a first year Uni student and I built this in an hour between end of year exams in my accommodation. I have never done any DIY before so I had to use a pair of scissors as a screwdriver (wouldn’t recommend this!), but if you just had a screwdriver then you could easily build this in about half an hour. The instructions were simple to follow tooThe fan is powerful but sort of loud which I don’t mind. It’s very robust and can withstand some knocking about + car journeys

Effective
Fan is effective in its purpose. Multiple settings and sturdy base. I have to mention that it is very loud on all three settings.

Not fit for purpose and unsafe!
Well it's now June, I bought this fan on September 2022. Not even a year later it has stopped working.A burning smell filled the house, very scary.Absolutely not fit for purpose and 30 days return might be in the terms and conditions, but good luck upholding those terms in consumer law. You can make your terms as ridiculous as possible, doesn't mean they can be legally upheld.I specialise in consumer law, but even I'm too tired with broken devices and sellers shirking responsibility, it's just exhausting and I can't be bothered frankly. But just in case anybody is interested.Don't buy warranties as they aren't worth the paper they're written on.Your statutory rights override any so called warranty.
