This guy knows what he is talking about. I like him.

This book was very enlightening. It is a must read for those who are in deliverance ministries or intercessors. I have noticed some changes in me and eating and have a deeper understanding concerning the spiritual side of things.

This is eye opening. I highly recommend it.

To those who seek relief from the constant addiction to overeating, to go to the source and get it cut out of you. You must have a personal relationship with Christ and let Him lead you to do this.

It was all right. There was no real practical application at the end, but it was informative on types of spirits. It didn't really help me specifically, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be of some help to others.

I bought this hoping to get a break through with some over eating. This book was entertaining and had good stories but no personal break through came from reading this book as I had hoped.

Pretty good

The questions Why am I so hungry? and Why am I gaining so much weight are answered in this book. We usually focus on eating extremes such as anorexia and bulimia and don't think other food issues such as closet eating or hording are a problem. This book exposes the spiritual side of issues with food and eating and provided spiritual guidance for deliverance.
