**Q: This kit measures ph on a scale from between 2.8 and 4.4.  is this scale in p.p.t. tartaric or p.t.t sulfuric? (u.s. or eurpoean)?**

**Q: How long are these reliable after the container has been opened?**
A: Strips bought from Bartovation will be guaranteed to produce reliable results for at least two years after the bottle is opened, as long as you keep the bottle stoppered when not in use and do not store the bottle in a place that gets direct sunlight. **Q: I thought wine acid was about .6% how do the strips measure this if measures 2.5-4.4?**
A: These measurements are before fermentation as far as know!!
