Doctors told he stress caused it during my divorce and being separated from my wife and kids. Covid hasn't helped but drugs have some so I thought I'd give this a try. I haven't noticed any improvement. The doctors say it's permanent and I believe them since the sound was so loud, like a jet engine in my ear. I cried all day but made it through work and went to my doctor who gave me an antibiotic which made things worse with severe vertigo. It went to a loud ringing, like my old TV was on. Lost hearing in that ear above 400 HZ.

I have been taking this product for two weeks and it isn't working. The ringing is still there constantly!

Tinnitus is a very disabling disorder of the brain communication system. This product promises the “repair” of this system and noticeable improvement of reduction of the ringing should have been started after a few days. Contrary to this statement, I experienced no reduction but an increase.

When a song comes on a device I love, I still crank it up. And I made movies for 20 years listening through headsets while shooting and sound editing at high levels. I also target shoot at ranges with high caliber and legal firearms with a headset but my ears get still get stopped up and give this disease more 'ammo" But to the point. I have tried scores of Tinnitus "Remedies" all a joke. I don't recall why I ordered Synapse XT, I think because it didn't have the same ingredients as all the others, (lipo-flavonoids). Expecting continued failure, I took Syn.XT, 3x a day for about a week...and suddenly, Niagra Falls turned into a softly flowing stream! This was the FIRST TIME I'd ever experienced a break. No-one without this disease really knowshow horrible and even dangerous Tinnitus is if depressed, But if my Noise was at 10, it dropped down to a 3...and it had to be Synapse XT.... This reprieve I experienced was so wonderful. However, the noise level climbs back up (especially when I don't take this regularly).. So as said, I've tried "Silence" and basically all the 4 star or plus remedies. Synapse XT will always give me a window of relief. I can't predict when Or for how long...but it has given me hope. Again, I don't know why this gets slammed in the Amazon reviews but everyone is different and if you're able to buy maybe two bottles to try Synapse XT, (I am certainly not a shill for any brands or anything at all ) Maybe you'll wake up one day soon and feel the relief I get from this formula. Took very large capsules (2) each day for 30 days. No improvement was experienced by me.
