Amazing product. Reviewing after one week of use it's powerful, easy to assemble and quite easy to use. The quality of Cutting blade was not so good found it damaged after 10 hours of use... Overall product is great at a reasonable price... Packaging was also good and deliver earlier than the expected date.

The media could not be loaded. The product I received is defective.I believe that the product I got is used as there are visible marks and dents on the body...Physical issues are somehow manageable...But worst part is performance..during the initial operation of machine I encountered few serious issues1. Extreme noise (even higher than 2 stroke machine)2. Heating problem, started fuming in just 5 minutes of use.3. Sudden breakdown during operation4. Tractor like vibrations on full acceleration.. too uncomfortable to hold the rod at higher rpm5. Poor Mileage, consumed 600ml in 25 minutes..I have been trying to raise the issue with Amazon executive but they are not helping, they are trying to evade me by citing lame excuses. The brand, balwan, is ready for replacement/return of the product but Amazon executives are reluctant to initiate the process.That's disgusting.
