**Q: The small rubber piece for the non handle side, can you leave that on when your cooking, or will it melt or something?**
A: No!
It becomes very hot!!!! And you can not handle or flip.

**Q: Does the pan come with a pot holder?**
A: it comes with a small silicone pot holder that fits the side of the pan with small curved handdle it's quite handy for flipping that side over to complete your omelet

**Q: Does this product have a timer?**
A: No. There is no timer.
