Can I transfer my memory sd card pics and vids into my iPad 11 pro ?

Yes you can use this device for this purpose. Just plug your SD card in this adapter, plug it into the USB-C port of your iPad Pro, select the “files” app and you’ll see the SD card. You can move files both ways.

Will this work with a Google chrome platform?

yes. it works with my Chrome notebook.

Can I copy from a micro sd card directly to my Android with this?

It works fine with my Samsung S21. Depending on your device You may need an app to read the card. I use "Cx File Explorer" "My Files" as well as others will do the job.

Can i also write data to transfer data?

If it can read card it can write. Note this will not work with phones, tablets etc that have USB port for access by computer, etc. It is not an OTG device.
