Best chocolate for dipping treats
I am a beginner treat maker and this one is the best chocolate. It melts perfectly and dipped treats look great. And a plus - it tastes good.

Love Merken's Chocolate
Very easy to work with. Make alot of peppermint bark around the holidays - huge treat. Make a lot of different things with the melted chocolate - dip oreos, large marshmallows (I use a paper straw as a "holder" ... let excess drip off ... decorate with sprinkles, coconut, chopped nuts etc ... Really ends up being a reasonable, impressive gift. I also use to make chocolate covered strawberries. Only brand chocolate I use. Remember - white chocolate burns easily.

Arrived perfectly
Please read! Many reviews said the product arrived melted. This product arrived perfectly in 90° weather. It was packaged in reflective wrap with ice packs!!! These people are really trying to get the chocolate to consumers intact. As for melting, I've over heated dipping chocolate before and once you do, you either accept the lumps or dump it in the trash. This product melted far faster than any other I've used. I put it in the microwave (risky move but I had 650 items to dip and time was off the essence) and WATCHED IT CLOSELY, STIRRING EVERY 30 SECONDS. It didn't take long to get creamy and smooth. Tastes great, too!

Un useable
When melted it was to thick and not useable. Almost this entire 10 lb bag was like that. Even when very small increments of being heated during melting. Waste of money on this purchase.
