Good Solid Product.
I install a lot of these, at least my team does, We love them. Watch what you buy. There are different models for different applications.

Unit was dead on arrival
Unit was sent fast but was defective. Hired a technician to install and discovered the unit was not working. tech said it looked like the unit was fried. Packaging box also looked to be opened when received. Did someone buy the unit, damaged it on install due to improper voltage, then returned it to the supplier and supplier re-sold it? Many questions.

It exploded for no reason after using it for a month
It was on normal 72 degree and It turned off with a scary sound which caused all the electrical to shut off,Its unbelievable after using it for a month

Received thermostat, could tell that it was used by looking at the box. Opened box and you could smell that the board was burnt. Returned!!

Box a little scuffed up and squished from delivery. Seems like it was tossed around in transit. No damage to unit and works.

I'm far from a wiring expert but found it easy to replace my old unit (in a condo) which I thought might be difficult because of the aux heater... after a bit of Google searching to verify the aux part I got this puppy installed, and just before the heat wave 😎👍

I should have not ignored the reviews from other buyers. I paid for expedited shipping in addition to the cost of the product and received a product LATE (well after expedited date I paid for) and when it did arrive, it was defective, NOT a working! It was clearly used before, burn marks and not usable. Please see pictures attached. I’m addition, I had to pay additional duty fees! This costed me $215 total and seller only refunded $113 for a product that arrived late, doesn’t work and didn’t notify me about additional duty fees. Shame on this seller and Amazon!

Great product...easy to use. I initially ordered the wrong one and had to reorder. Wasn’t worth the hassle of returning the wrong one.
