The only thing so far just opening the package I got cut on the M gold plate attached with the purse. They never fully cut out the M and left shards of metal attached. Also missing the straps for the clutch purse and small bag.

Shoddy workmanship!
I loved this initially, but soon kept losing things I had tucked into on of the smaller side pockets. I finally realized there was a seam in the pocket that had never been stitched. Low and behold all my missing items we under the fabric at the bottom of my tote. Shoddy workmanship.
