Right away, it felt comfortable to hold and very easy to use. It peels smoothly without requiring much pressure and works great on everything from carrots to potatoes. I use it almost every day, especially when making salads, and it’s made prep faster and easier. Pros: ~ Sharp and effective ~ Easy to handle ~ Great for vegetables and salads ~ Simple, practical design This is one of those kitchen tools you can’t live without. I’d definitely buy it again — simple, reliable, and a must for everyday cooking.

Very sharp, lightweight but sturdy, and easy to use. The julienne blade is perfect for making the viral Asian carrot salad. Not very easy to clean though. I feel like there’s always going to be tiny bits of carrot stuck in between the interlocking blades.

I tried using this to peel carrots and make carrot sticks. It just scraped the carrot and when I used it on the larger teeth the strips got caught under the other blades. I retired my appliance because it was a pain to clean, but this is worse than the machine. The seller has not tried to contact me since the last review.
