Does what it says
Writing this review after one month use. After a week I saw hunger has increased for my kid. I didnt see any side effects. I gave two spoons a day. Overall am happy with the product. After one month I stopped and the appetite stayed the same for 3 more months.

Don't buy it's not really safe
Not even a single star please please don't buy if u really care ur kids my kid was healthy but she will not eat properly so I gave her this syrup she started vomiting after one day and she was sick now don't know when she will be ok please don't give this to ur children
