This is a pearl white color. Not at all a silver metallic color.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am working on a wood project and I wanted to try a different type or brand of Acrylic silver Thickness: A bit too thin for what I had originally envisioned, but I was able to alter the project and use it for something else.

Gorgeous paint! Hard to believe a water-based metallic paint can be this saturated in color, but this paint really delivers a beautiful silver metallic look. I bought this for an unusual reason - I have a book I wanted to tart up with special page ends. So I painted those edges with a couple of coats of this shimmery silver and the book looks AMAZING. Yes, the pages stuck together a little bit, but they separate perfectly easily when I'm just reading and turning. I do lots of craft projects and furniture, and I adore sparkle on as many surfaces as possible. I can tell I'm going to use this for a lot more projects and maybe even more books too. (Wow, this would be stunning on handmade Christmas ornaments...)
