I had a hard time deciding whether to go the extra bucks and get the Rockland but decided my purposes would be served well with the Acadia. It takes two people to install . .don't even attempt by yourself . . you will never get the rungs in as someone must hold the supports. The directions are great and it is quite simple to install as long as you are certain about where the studs in your wall are located. I put this in my yoga room and it looks quite nice with yoga rugs or mats hanging on it when not in use. It is SO sturdy and you can hang like a monkey and feel your back gently stretch as you use your own body weight to do numerous exercises with legs and arms . This is one of my most favorite purchases ever and has allowed me to enjoy my morning routine so much more. You can watch some YouTube videos for stall bar routines or read some blogs. That being said, the rungs on the Acadia sit 1" closer to the wall than they do on the Rockland. The Acadia also has a round top offset rung. **Q: Can install this on a dry wall** A: Our stall bars can be installed into the wood studs that the drywall attaches to, but cannot be installed only into the drywall panel.
