This cleansing soap and relief product helped me a lot before my circumcision. It was gentle on my skin, easy to use, and provided noticeable relief. It made things much more comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone in a similar situation.

Like some other reviews said, if you have balantis this works amazingly. Had worries after receiving it and finding out it was homeopathic but was desperate as my condition was only getting worse. Used the cleansing soap immediately and applied the ointment and felt instant relief of symptoms. After a day the condition start dissipating, 4 days later and it's basically gone. Would highly recommend. If it doesn't work for you, you may need to get checked for something else

My husband started to have a problem and went to the doctor and the doctor told him there was nothing to do for it but to have a circumcision done and he said no to it told him it was called balanitis, we had tried a few products and this has been going on for a few months and nothing was working, and he had come across an ad for this product and said lets try it and and i bought one and in a few days he said get me a second and i did but the product showed a huge difference in just a few days between the soap and ointment big huge difference and we both are just so amazed by this product. I had read many of the reviews and to me if this product did not work it seems to me the balanitis is not what you had, so be sure if your symptoms are not exactly balanitis than you need to go to the doctor to be sure don't purchase a product until you truly know what you have, because it could be something totally different, because this product does work for balanitis. and I am extremely happy with this product as well as my husband.

Do not waste your money on this non-returnable scam. It made my symptoms much worse. Take the advice of all the 1 stars, don't buy!

Not my cup of tea. It's pretty average, nothing to write home about. You're better off going au naturel with virgin coconut oil or something like that. After two weeks, no significant changes or progress. Plus, it leaves a lot of residue even with a small amount of cream. Definitely not worth the money.
