It's also constructed very well and doesn't feel cheap, the pages are a little thin but not too thin and there is barely any bleed-through (it's almost nonexistent). The NCB translation is also very solid in my opinion, and definitely leans more towards a thought-for-thought (dynamic equivalent) translation philosophy. And to top it all off, it's only around 45 dollars listed price. A Bible of this value for us Catholics is amazing. The only negative I can say about this Bible is that it only has one ribbon, and kind of a crappy one at that, but that's a minor gripe I have. Overall, this Bible is my go-to recommendation for anyone who not only wants to read and study Scripture, but also to pray Scripture. It's a great bible to gift someone who is a new convert to the Church, or to anyone in the Church really.
