I sit for long periods at my desk. Sometimes I could hardly get out of my chair. I would lie on the floor to realign my back. Finally, I bought CYLEN cushion. Now, no more pain. No more walking at half tilt until my back adjusts. The cushion is very comfortable. It eliminates the pain of sitting at my desk entirely. It was an excellent buy, Good price, great quality, happy spine. The pressure on the spine is off.

I’ve been using the CYLEN memory foam seat cushion on my office chair and car seat, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my comfort during long sitting sessions. It is mostly comfortable and doesn't get hot. The issues I mention below look to be the same for all the similar products I found, so it is hard to knock a star off since this does seem to be great quality and comfortable, especially at the price I purchased. Therefore, I would actually recommend this if this is the shape and size you are looking for. However, I would like a thinner version that is more portable to take on a plane. A vacuum bag helped, but not enough to get it into back pack. I would also to prefer less "Shape" to the front as we don't all point our legs forward all the time and the center lump is not the best for men. The other issue is that the tailbone slot should be a little wider to allow for shifting. I'd be happiest if there was a design out there that was flatter and half as thick without the lumps and wider tailbone area. Unfortunately, they all seem to be desiged this same way.

The best thing I've ever bought from Amazon for work. 2 years and it still looks and feels the same as it did the day I bought it. Easy to use, firm with great support, non slip, it works great. This little cushion keeps me comfortable and cool. It lifts you up off the chair so that Eric can get underneath you, just slightly, but enough to keep you cool and dry. ( Has some fuzz stuck in the grip ) The grip is soft, won't harm fabric..the chair looks new underneath after all this time. For those working at home it's a must buy.

I'm very happy with both the height of the pillow and the firmness. I needed to level out the slope of the seat in my car to make my hips equal with my knees and reduce back strain. This really helped a lot. I also like that it doesn't seem hot to sit on. Many cushions can retain heat and feel sweaty after a period of time. I'm thinking of purchasing a second pillow to keep inside for my office chair. I tried this one to help improve posture, sitting position and comfort. It works really well! ****** Update***** 6-28-21: This cushion worked so well for my car, I bought another for my office chair. The support is excellent without any pressure on the tailbone. I have a high-quality office chair, but in recent months, it was making my back ache in a weird way. This cushion completely resolved the issue and I find I can sit at my desk longer with better concentration. Who knew? Now there's no need to buy another expensive office chair, AND, no need to carry the cushion back and forth from the car to my office. :-)

More firm, harder on butt than I expected

The driver's seat in our new motorhome felt rather low for me, and I was looking for a comfortable booster to get me higher in the seat while not sacrificing comfort. This Seat Cushion met my needs and wants in spades! I weigh 185 and the cushion feels great under my backside. Comfortable and not hot, while retaining most of its form and thickness. This has elevated my driving height about 2 inches which is perfect and has made driving the big Class C motorhome much more easy and safer. The material is well-made and the cover is machine washable. Getting used to the feeling of sitting on it takes only a matter of minutes. Our test drive was about three hours on an Interstate, and there was very little compression in the cushion while remaining quite comfortable. Very pleased with this purchase and thankful to have found a comfortable solution to my height dilemma. It's an easy Five Star rating from me, and an honest and very hearty recommendation if height and comfort are what you are looking for. Great Value as well. A++ UPDATE: After driving 3900 miles over 14 days on a vacation trip in our Motorhome, this seat cushion performed brilliantly! Absolutely no changes in size or comfort.
