Definitely works as all the others have said. Respect to the natural herbal medicine. You have to give it time though like about 3 months to see real change. I couldn't go on birth control so this was my only option for my heavy bleeding and very painful cramps; after using this for half a year now, I still feel some decent pain on the first couple of days. Better than before. Its not going to solve your problems but it makes it better. Of course every body is different. In the beginning the first 3 months, on the first days my bleeding had a slower flow than usual (and it still does now) and fewer clots than usual (I had a lot and I still have a lot now) for a lot of sharp pain. I felt sooooo tired more than I usually do on my first days and almost nauseous and feverish. I do not thankfully feel that way anymore or else I wouldn't take these. Take these at a regular time for best results. Also see a doctor who actually cares about female health. Good luck~

I’m not sure if it’s a placebo effect or not, but my cramps aren’t as bad when I take these. I start taking them when I feel PMS symptoms. When taking these I don’t have to take pain medicine every few hours.

I hadn't been getting my period for awhile. After having them medically induced twice (and not once naturally in the 6 mo. period) the Gyno put me on birth control. Wanting to try something a bit more natural, I used these in conjunction with the birth control. I've already gotten my period though I haven't reached the placebos at the end of the packet. I can only assume it's because of these vitamins. Hopefully at the end of the birth control prescription (which is for three months) I won't need it any longer. About the dosage - it says to take 2 tablets 2x daily. I don't do that. I take birth control in the morning and one of these in the afternoon. It seems to work. After I stop birth control, I might continue to use these and use one tablet twice daily. Four tablets daily seems a little too much.
