What they said, best buy for the money...and more
For $99 bucks, can't be beat.Great for astronomy and terrestrial use.Metal body, not plastic barrels like some others.BAK-4 prisms. Not fully multi-coated but you won't see the difference. No internal reflections.Very good build quality. No sticky coating on barrels, etc.Plenty of eye relief for glasses but not too much (no black outs). These came with an "OK to Ship" sticker on the box.Orion said it means they were checked for collimationbefore shipping...Orion did this some 20 years ago, glad to see they have resumed doing so.Note thatyours may not arrive in perfect condition but they left Orion that way.Not too heavy.Come with the deluxe Orion neckstrap. In summary...no,they're not like top of the line Fujinons or Carton Adlerblicks (lf you oldtimersremember those) but they don't cost like it, either.Plenty "good enough".Update Jan.30,2023:Be aware that Amazon now ships these in the box they come in (see white box above) witha shipping label slapped on the side.No cushioning or shipping container or anything...so you will geta banged up pair of binoculars.Amazon has lost their minds, best to order from Orion direct.

Good quality, simple to use, easy to hold steady
I have a "fancier" set of 8x42 binocs which cost around $250. They are fantastic except for the small problem that I can't hold them steady - therefore I hardly use them. This Orion 7x50 set is really nice since that drop in magnification plus the wider lenses gives me a nice field of view that I can actually hold steady. They're pretty lightweight too so my arms don't get tired either. Really nice for just casual nature spotting and stargazing. I'm already carrying these everywhere with me. And remember these wise words ... What are the best binoculars? The ones that you actually use.

Good optics in a solid chassis. Great field of view. Eye relief inadequate while wearing glasses.

These binoculars are perfect for me!
Purchase went smooth. I did some research and tried out a few binoculars here at home but wanted newer and lighter for a trip. They are good quality, super nice and comfy for my hands & face. 7 x 50 is perfect for me!!

Great For Astronomy
I wasn't expecting a whole lot from these, but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm beginning astronomy, and they work great for that. The wide angle allows you to see more of the sky and have less wobble. You get a great view of the Moon, Mars, Jupiter. I was even able to spot the Andromeda galaxy with these. They've been great and I highly recommend them.

Good optic product
It is the first time I bought from Orion. I already had about 4-5 binoculars, all trashed by now. I did not expect it to be at the quality as it is. Very crisp, precise, rigid. Very satisfied. Dropped on floor couple times already - no problem. I son is using it a lot (9yr old).I can't say for all their product as it is the very first and the only one I bought so far. However this particular is awesome.Planning to buy one of their larger telescopes.
