Exactly as described! Took a full pack plus a few from a second pack. Yes they do tangle but no more than any other synthetic hair. 14inch length is great! Hair was super soft. I swim a lot and it still looks good. You just have to know how to take care of it.

The hair color was WRONG

Hair was cute but it was difficult to install due to the extra hanging piece and it tangled quickly. Would not repurchase.
