Short screws
This product matches ceiling fans I have, but had it three weeks and still not installed. Screw heads too for mounting. Used washer then too short to attach cap. Got screw with bigger head but same length still too short. Now trying to locate larger head with longer shaft, but not too long or won't fit snug to ceiling. Should have been an easy installation has become a nightmare.

Poor quality. Don't waste your money!
One star is too generous. Bracket missing, screws too short to secure to ceiling. No caps for wires. Useless. Total crap. Had to throw away.

Low quality prevented proper assembly
The metal pieces needed for assembly were over sprayed with paint thus causing assembly to be a pain
