Perfect pasta for soup or salad! I love using it for hamburger orzo soup! People are amazed it's a pasta but gives the appearance of rice. I also make a Greek salad with it. The size and quantity can not be beat especially for the value! This is one of the best deals for orzo on Amazon!

This small box of Orzo ended up cooking so much more than I thought it would. The first time cooking this can be difficult but it doesn’t take very long to cook. It smells and tastes really good and despite the noodles looking like rice before it’s cooked it does grow and get fluffier and bigger when it’s done.

Love love love this stuff. I use it everytime I make my Greek Lemon Rice Chicken soup. I use it in place of the rice. It's the bomb.
