I bought some Thunder Carrier roof bars off ebay for my ford kuga 2017, the roof bars look very nice on my kuga and fit great but i did'nt like the rubber strip they came with, they seemed a bit loose and i was'nt keen on the look of it. I wanted some plain rubber strip and all i could find was this thule replacement strip, i was'nt sure if it would fit but i thought i would try it anyway. I'm glad i did because this strip fits perfect in the thunder carrier bars, nice tight fit and does'nt move and looks like it would stop water from seeping through as well, it was very easy to fit, just pushed in all the way with thumb, there was plenty of excess which i trimmed of. My only quibble is i think its a bit overpriced but overall i'm very happy with this rubber strip.

Put my Thule bars on the car to get my boards down to Fistral for the week. Rubber strips were missing, 'No worries I thought'. 6 hours of whistling and wind noise later, I'd have gladly thrown my bars over a hedge. Got these replacement strips delivered to the cottage next day. After an epic week on the waves, the drive back was in sublime silence. No whistling, no wind noise. They fitted like a glove and slotted in smoothly. Get these and enjoy the drive!

Good product looks good was longer than needed so had to trim a bit, rather longer than shorter. Looks good on e installed to the rack

Good quality replacement strips

Thankfully, found these strips on here. Thules strips are very good but so are these. Just as good and so much cheaper. Cheers

Perfect fit for my roof bars, they are not textured like original Thule ones but look good and fit perfectly. they are longer than required so will need trimming to suit the width of your bars.

I'd been after some of these for ages but begrudge paying what Thule were asking. Found these and took a punt. So glad I did, they fit perfectly, just like OEM and have totally alleviated any whilsting I was getting whilst driving. I cannot recommend these enough.

Just what I was after at a much lower price, excellent quality item, no issues and would happily buy again
