It reaches to the highest points of my house. I needed it to be able to wash the windows, but also needed to knock down a hornets nest that was at the peak of the highest point of my roof. I was able to reach it easily to knock it down! (Did in the winter freezing day and was safe.) The pole requries a lot of control when fully extended. My home is about 35 feet tall at the peak and a I needed something to reach the cobwebs that form on the stucco using a Starmax Webster cobweb brush. Before this, I had used a 25 foot and an 8 foot pole that I put together, but this Unger pole makes it much easier. Pretty stable and not too heavy or flexible what I use if for. Heavy snow collapsed one antenna and it took me weeks and over $1000 to get it fixed. Now, all I need to do is climb a short ladder and hook it on. You can buy a hook for it, or a cheap paint roller will do.The pole itself is well made and it's light enough that I can hold it extended at a 45-degree angle from the top of a ladder. The final section is a little too floppy for this use, but I don't need to extend it all the way.Photo shows the antenna being put into place.
