I bought this when I had a sinus infection because I was in so much pain and it was so comforting and helped a lot to ease the pain. You can use it both hot and cold, both worked really well depending on how I was feeling! I highly recommend

I’ve never used this for sinus pain, but instead I sleep with it over my eyes and ears, and I’ve never slept better. The weight of it is better than any sleeping pill. I’ve gotten some of the best sleep of my life since I started sleeping with this and I refuse to go a night without it. My Oura ring shows more deep sleep, a higher HRV, and a lower overnight heart rate since I started using this. It’s been a miracle.

Bought a blue one to keep in the freezer for migraine pain and a pink one for when I need something hot for sinus pressure. Positives - great weight on the face, flexible, fits all the curves of the face beautifully, heats quickly and holds the heat/cold for about 20 minutes. Negatives - oh my gosh, that smell just never goes away. And anything I place it on picks up on it. Who knew flaxseed reeked the way it does. If it wasn't for the scent, I'd give it a full 5 stars.

I actually love this mask. I have only used it for cold - not hot - so keep that in mind. I keep it in a ziplock in my freezer and I use it every morning on a freshly washed face, before moisturizer. The older I get, my face is somewhat puffy when I wake up so this really helps with that. I also use it after I exercise and my face is hot. I get at least 20 minutes of cold time with it on. If I feel like it's starting to feel warm, then I just take it off and shake it a little to readjust the flaxseeds and it feels cold again. Very easy. Since I only use it cold, I hardly notice the flaxseed smell at all. Like, only a tiny bit. When I first took it out of the package, I could smell it and I imagine it probably smells fairly strong once it's been microwaved. For me, it's a non issue. I have other masks that I use for heat and they have medi-beads in them. So, for anyone that is bothered by the smell of warm flaxseed, don't buy this and get something with medi-beads instead. This is totally great for use as a cold mask. I love how soft it is and shapes to my face. If you lay flat, no pillow, then it stays put and doesn't slide around at all. The only thing that would make this perfect is if it had a removable and washable cover. My other masks have that and I appreciate it. But, I still give it 5 stars for how much I love it. I will be ordering another one since now my family has started trying to use it too.

Bought this to help when I have severe headaches. The mild heat and weight is the perfect combo. Covers temporal and maxillary sinuses, eyes and jaw- fits perfect.

Nice and soft but it smells like old lavender. I bought this because it says it is unscented but it is not.

The sinus mask works great, it stays warm for about 15 minutes and flax seed give a nice aroma and provides a relaxing experience, really helped my wife sinus. Very well made.

Was previously using a rectangular heat bag on the face to reduce sinusitis issues but thought to grab one of these heat mask with my latest order. Nice mask, heats up well. Have only just started using to know full results ongoing. Great price Dec 2025

After my crosslinking eye surgery, I developed dry eye, and sometimes my regular eye drops aren't enough. I decided to try a warm compress and tested four different eye pads — this one is by far the best. I heat it in the oven for a minute, and it retains heat at least for a solid 20 minutes. It feels incredibly comfortable on my eyes, covers the entire area well, and has excellent weight distribution. Although I haven't tried using it cold yet, it's also helped with my morning sinus issues, like a runny nose and sneezing. It's so soothing that I often fall asleep while using it. I genuinely appreciate the team who designed this product!
