I've been taking them a few weeks now, it's too early to really tell & I haven't had any bloodwork done, but so far I notice that I feel more alert and productive in the mornings. It's not something I thought about before I took them, I just felt it. The bad is.. they smell.. really.. really awful. However, they do go down very quick and easy and since you take them with food I just quickly follow with my breakfast and I don't really notice the smell anymore, or it's just short-lived and to me the fact that they are vegan and have the nutrients I need, it's worth a few seconds of displeasure.

Many of you may not know, but most multivitamins don't include iron, so when I found this multivitamin, it helped reduce the amount of pills (vitamins) I had to take daily because of its ingredients. I’ve been taking the Vegan Whole Food Multivitamin with Iron for several months, and it has made a significant difference in my overall well-being. This is my third time purchasing it, but my first time purchasing it through Amazon. The first two purchases were through Wal-Mart. I'm not a vegan, but I am highly anemic, so finding a comprehensive multivitamin that meets all my nutritional needs with enough iron, too, can be challenging, but this product ticks all the boxes. The ingredients are all derived from whole foods, which gives me confidence in its quality and effectiveness. The added iron is particularly beneficial, as it's something many vegans, including myself, need to monitor closely. Since starting this multivitamin, I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels and overall vitality. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus. The packaging was secure on the inside and out. The pill size is a manageable size and does not have a weird aftertaste. I also appreciate that it's formulated for both women and men, making it a versatile option for anyone looking to boost their nutrient intake.

This is a great product. I have been feeling a lot better since starting to take this. Also, more energy. Family was severely sick and I didn't get sick at all. I've been taking for over 30 days.

This is an excellent multivitamin. However, the amount of vitamin D in this vitamin caused problems for me. My vitamin D levels elevated too much. I had to discontinue use of the vitamin and find one that had a lower dose of vitamin D. Not everyone should have that much vitamin D on a daily basis. Some may need that much but others do not. Unless you are getting your bloodwork done on a regular basis, you would not realize you had a problem until symptoms of elevated vitamin D starting impacting you.

Excellent supplement very nutritious

Checks off the important boxes for 50+ women’s health without the exorbitant cost. Made the USA. Easy on the tummy. The pill isn’t so big that it gets stuck in my throat. 100% of important nutrients plus superfoods, digestive enzymes, and probiotics.

Expected to LOVE these vegan, whole-food vitamins, and they even have a bit of digestive enzymes to help you absorb them. But we had a strong reaction to them, just opening the bottle. These say they are tested, so prob just us (learning that we have latex-food, alpha-gal, mold, and metal allergies). In case it helps, it turns out our biggest allergens might have been alpha-gal and latex-food, which are becoming major allergies in many parts of the world. The Aquamin minerals are derived from red algae, which is vegan, but is a growing alpha-gal allergy trigger. And many of the fruits cross-react with latex, which is a growing allergy, worst among medical workers, food service, manufacturing workers, farm workers, and people who were premature infants or who have many medical procedures. Most digestive enzymes are “grown” on common household molds that are filtered out, but very sensitive immune systems might still react. But i still think this product and kind customer service are great for some people. Hoping everyone else enjoys them and feels even more healthy.

I feel so much better after taking these. Truly effective and great ingredients. It’s honestly made a positive difference in my life and how I feel. Great value for how much it costs. That being said, they ARE difficult to stomach a bit. You can taste and smell them and it’s a bit difficult to stomach that flavor, for me. The thing that I don’t like….it says that it’s a month’s worth. They’re not. I take the appropriate serving size and it runs out a week earlier than what’s advertised.
