This lamp shade is perfect for the lamp I bought it for. The previous shade broke when I accidently banged the table it was sitting on for the last ten years! I thought I would have to buy a new lamp; however, when scrolling through the lamp section on Amazon I found a lot of different shades. Lo and behold I found one very similar to the one on the lamp I (accidentally...) broke. I was totally stoked and ordered it without any hesitation yesterday and it was delivered today! Whoopie! I instantly set it up on the lamp stand, and guess what? it fit perfect and looks better than the original shade. This one is thicker and well make. I am one thrilled lady! Okay, that's my story and now I shall go admire my "new" lamp shade again and pat myself on the back for a job well done (with Amazon's assistance)!!!

Perfect fit, color variance, quality, price. I love the warm amber glow this provides- not too yellow. Definitely happy with the sturdy fit, quality (thick glass), and am not worried about this breaking. This is way better than anything I had found at Home Depot or Lowe’s!
