My letter keys arent working

You didn't say if it was all of your letter keys or just some of them. If it's all of them, I've never seen that issue before. But there is a key combo on this keyboard that can cause your W, A,S, and D keys to act as arrow keys instead of letters. If it is only those 4 keys not working correctly, try pressing the Fn key & the W key at the same time. Then try using W,A,S,D again and see if they are working normally.

Beautiful

Wonderful except there are errors on keys, on mine, at least. The key “2” has the @ symbol, and the “‘“ key has the “”” symbol. However, when you click the shift 2, the “ appears, and when you click shift ‘, the @ appears.
