水に混ぜると液体のココナッツミルクになるのかなと思ったのですが、しばらく混ぜても溶けませんでした。 水が冷たかったせいかもしれません。 粉のまま鍋に入れたら、溶けてくれました。 缶のものよりココナッツの風味が足りない気がしましたが、スプーンですくって量を調節できるので、料理には粉の方が使いやすいです。
