Baby BanZ Noise Protection Ear Muffs (Black)

Great as a concept and really popular but a bit shoddy. I bought these to bring my 21 month old to some music festivals. She normally enjoys them and has been to a couple before where she was at a safe distance from the loud sounds. But with these ones, she had a hard time. For starters the build and packaging make it such, that they arrive really squeezed and crushed into a compact space. Given that they are expected to grip on the child's head with 2 steel wires, they're bent in so tightly, that they're TOO TIGHT. Most kids this age, will find this uncomfortable and take them off. So you're best hope is to use them on infants who can't take them off by themselves, or slightly older kids, who can be explained why they need to have them on. apart from that they're really efficient and useful for kids.

the seller has not written what age group the product is for. the review says its better for infants. when the product arrived the description says 2 to 10 years. i called up baby banz they said it will be too tight for infants. buying the baby version again.

I got these for my 5 year old son prior to taking him to a monster truck rally. He liked them so much that he was wearing them around the house for fun and had no complaints about wearing them for long periods of time. They cut the noise down great, where he went from clutching at his ears when we didn't get them put on in time for the first truck to being able to enjoy himself and have a lot of fun. He still picks them up and puts them on to wear around the house from time to time ... much to the detriment of his mother and I who occasionally have to wonder why he doesn't hear us, only to find out that he's found them again and is running around wearing them.

Strongly recommend for those who will be going to loud/noisy events! Initially bought the Baby Banz Hearing Protector Earmuff (in pink, 0-2 years) from a local store for my new born. Upon delivery, my 3 year old fell in love with the earmuff and thought it was the coolest thing ever! She wanted to wear it everywhere! I decided to purchase another one for my 3 years old but I couldn't get one locally (they only carry 0-2 years size), so I looked on Amazon and my 3 year old chose this one (blue). PRO: Item delivered as described, good quality, has couple colours to choose from CON: Need an adult"s help to put it on (due to the compact design) I read the reviews on Amazon and compared prices first before going to a local store to purchase the 0-2 size in pink (wanted to get it right away) in person. The price is similar. Amazon's price was a few cents cheaper at the time of comparison. I then purchased the 2+ size in blue from Amazon. I do want to advise anyone who is thinking about purchasing one for 2 yrs and under: Yes, the manufacture's advertises it fits kids 0-12; however, if you read the fine prints near the end, it actually is meant for 6 months to 2 years old. The wording is quite misleading - the previous statement makes it seem like babies can use it right away. I get it though. Babies's skulls are soft and pliable and we want to avoid applying pressure at the same spot(s) for too long. Originally I planned to take my 3 yrs old and would be 6 weeks old to a summer firework spectacular event, but looks like it will have to postpone until next year! Better to safe and take extra precautions until my youngest one is ready to wear it as suggested. The 2+ size's design will always have the product folded in a more compact way when is not being worn (see photo, blue earmuff). Took both my hubby and I a while to figure out that it was meant to be folded when not being worn as there isn't any additional notes or instruction about the compact design. We were wondering why wouldn't the earmuffs stay unfolded when not being worn! Turns out that's just the design! I tried it on myself. I know it's not meant for adults, but I was curious how well it works. As an adult trying on kids size products and then had the a-ha moment that the product simply needs someone to wear it to keep the earmuffs in place. I noticed the design allows the product to create perfect pressure to ensure a comfortable seal around my ears, which lowered the harmful noises to a more manageable level. Absolutely love the product, this product will allow my family to go to loud public events more frequently. Initially saw a similar product on a friend's young child at a wedding. There was loud music playing at the reception. This product is worth every cent and such a good investment. Think about all the sports games, concerts, fireworks, and any other loud events you can go to as a family while protecting your kids' hearing. Who says you need to sacrifice and skip out on fun public events! :)

Belle, comode e sicure, le cuffie Banz sono un oggetto fondamentale per tutti i genitori che vogliono mettere in sicurezza le delicate orecchie dei propri figli. Le mie bambine le hanno sempre portate volentieri, prima le Baby Banz ed ora per la più grandicella le Kid Banz, che è rimasta entusiata del colore.
