Considering that your knees should be slightly bent at the bottom of your pedal stroke, I still have sufficient seat height and handle bar adjustment to set the bike up for a taller rider. Make sure you slide the seat forward or backward so that your knee is centered over the pedal axle at the top of the pedal stroke as well. Tip the seat up or down to minimize seat pressure on your most tender parts. Tipping the seat downward in front just a bit will also tip your pelvis forward for a more comfortable ride. Balance this off with the handle bar height to reduce pressure on your hands and wrists.
