**Q: Do you just open the first package then place the bag of chemicals that’s says do not open in the paper cup and put in cup holder without lid?? Help**
A: if you search for biocide systems, you can find manufacturer's website.  they have videos showing the process. basic steps are below.
1. clean car and remove dirt, debris, etc.
2. tear open the foil bag and remove the inner bag that looks like a tea bag.  put that into the plastic cup and add water.  set the cup in your car, and leave it for 8 to 24 hours.  the longer the better.
3. ventilate car completely before you get in and drive anywhere.  I recommend running the AC for a few minutes during this process, to help get rid of any odors in duct system. but do NOT sit in the car until you've ventilated it very well... probably not for a few hours.  total process can take a day, so plan to do this when you won't need your car for awhile.
strong chlorine smell will persist few a few days, but eventually fade, leaving your car with no bad odors.  worked great for us.  highly recommend it.

**Q: which works better an ozone generator or this? what are the pros and cons?**
A: Ozone generator . I used both.

**Q: Will this remove vomit smell from upholestry?**
A: I believe so. It got a smokers smell out of my dump truck

**Q: we have a used car that we've had for 13 years and have never been able to remove the smoke smell by cleaning. do you think one treatment is enough?**
A: This product did nothing for my car. I had to call a company that uses an ozone treatment on cars/homes to remove smells and bacteria. It was really expensive, but since the dealership covered up the smell so well, and they did not disclose the fact my new car was smoked in until I noticed it , I did not have to pay for the treatment. I have heard charcoal/lava rocks will help.
