This tastes good. Not chalky or overly 'meaty'.Does exactly what it implies.BUT will give you protein gas/bloating, as all powdered proteins do. Recommend sticking to around 35-40 g per meal (if you can split this with another protein, even better).

I’m lactose intolerant and bought this during tonsil surgery. Kept my fed and worked well in smoothies. Will order again

Great product,but my digestion doesn’t enjoy it

Have been using the chocolate flavor for a while now and decided to try the vanilla. Mixed well and was overall happy with the taste. Will continue to be my go to for a meal replacement.

I would not recommend the vanilla flavor, perhaps chocolate would’ve been a better choice for me I can tolerate not so tasty things but this was pretty bad it smelled like wet dog and I barely was able to drink it. I only mixed the protein powder with water and that’s it, so maybe a banana would’ve helped but I’m trying to body recomp so I picked this because of the macros and calories thinking I would have an easy meal replacement but this would call for at least a banana next time, I wish I would’ve gotten chocolate instead.

No maltodextrin!! Great formula for when dieting or even on a bulk outside of your workout

I tried this product because i am lactose intolerant. This made my stomach issues worse. My wife was ready to kill me with how gassy i was and i was in the bathroom waaay too often. On days i didn’t drink this, no issues. Very odd but i will be finding a different protein powder moving forward.
