I am so glad I bought this cream, it has changed my life. I went into early menopause at age 37 due to a hysterectomy, and had one ovary left for hormonal production purposes. I was dealing with the symptoms perfectly fine until I hit 40 years old, then the menopause symptoms came in with vengeance and fury causing me to suffer horrible hot flashes, mood swings, skin changes, hair loss, you name it. I tried the holistic route with acupuncture, natural pills, oils, but nothing worked, until I came across this cream.First week: I started using the cream with very low expectations, but that changed on day #3 when I noticed that my hot flashes were less intense and lasted no more than 30 seconds (I kept a journal to track the hot flashes). By the end of the first week they were dissipating and become less frequent throughout the day.Second week: Night sweats were GONE. I could sleep through the night without waking up every 20 minutes! As a result, my mood started improving and I was finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel.Third week: I started noticing my skin was more "hydrated", I had less dry patches. Hot flashes were almost non-existent.Fourth week: My hot flashes are practically gone. I get one, or two at the most, per day, night sweats are gone, skin is looking good, my mood is much better, I can sleep through the night. I'm happy.I took the recommended 5 day break and the symptoms started coming back at day 3 so I started applying it again.
