Is this for natural hair?

I agree with Charisse, who also answered your question--this brush doesn't work in my thick, curly natural hair, but it works amazingly in my children's thinner textured hair.

How's this compared to tangle teezer is fine and fragile brush?

This brush works the same as the "fine and fragile brush" but, this brush just has a handle on it make it easier to hold I your hand when brushing your hair.

Is this good for blowing drying hair?

It is a one piece plastic brush with no ventilation so if ventilation is important then not. But also it is plastic so it would probably get warm?
