Will the beads inside leak?

Yes, if there's a tear or rip in the blanket really small crystal like beads fall out. Unfortunately this happened with me and because I'm unable to find the tear I can't fix it.

Is it hypoallergenic ?

no clue you would have to look at what it is made of

How can I Wash? Isn't it too heavy for the washing machine? I want a 20 lbs

I have not washed my blanket yet although , I have read from other reviewers and online that I can wash it on gentle cycle. I plan on doing that and letting it air dry.

Do these keep you warm or are they more for just a "feel" and nice cooling effect? Want one for winter 12 pound vs. 15?

I ordered the 15 lb blanket and it kept me warm but I found it too heavy to maneuver during the night. I could do it but it took more effort than I wanted lol. Next time I’d order the 12 lb one. I also believe other blankets could keep you warmer and this is more for the feel of it. I’ve been trying out different blankets and the weighted blanket ranks 6/10 for warmth and an 8/10 for the feeling of safety and being secure. Cant say it made me less anxious but it does keep you a little more still at night.
