During rehabilitation from surgery for a torn shoulder labrum, I was told by my therapist that a pulley system would help me regain my Range of Motion (ROM). I looked at several different pulley systems on Amazon and chose this one. The pulley is of high quality and is smooth in operation. It comes pre-assembled and all you have to do is open a door and placed the rubber anchor over the top and shut the door. The pulley remains firmly placed with the door shut. The length of the pulley lines are easily adjustable. I use this pulley every day. I am 6 months into my recovery and there is no doubt it was instrumental in regaining my ROM relatively quickly. I still use it daily to loosen up my shoulder before my strengthening exercises. It still operates like new despite all of the use. Highly recommend!

Love this! Physical therapist suggested it after rotator cuff surgery. Chose this one because the pulley was metal and the handles were cushioned. It works great. I use it twice a day in my recovery. It’s well made. Happy with this purchase.

I got this for my wife to use as she recovers from rotator cuff surgery and her therapist had recommended a system like this. The grips are nice, overall the quality of the materials is decent and it does what it is supposed to do while not damaging the doorway. Once in a while the pulley sticks however and having adjusted the line to it's maximum length she was still wanting just a little more length when sitting with her back to it as the therapist had recommended for some of the exercises. With a little tinkering involving some lithium grease and addition to the line it's working perfectly for her now but not everyone is going to be able to do that and quite frankly I really shouldn't have had to do so.

Cheaply made didn't stay on the door

Love the product. It is small, adjustable...no extra work. Very easy to adjust and fits into the carry bag. I have had several pulleys over the years as I have had 5 shoulder operations and one shoulder after 2 operations is still bone on bone. I exercise daily & this pulley is the best.

Das Gerät ist einfach konzipiert und schnell einsetzbar. Aufgrund des Aufbaus einfach über eine Tür legen, diese schliessen und schon kann es losgehen . Nur beachten, dass es auf die richtige Seite des Türblattes gehangen wird. Sonst könnte sich dieses verziehen.

This is a great product. It attaches to the top of a door and works like a charm in exercising my arm after shoulder replacement surgery. Highly recommend
