Best Vinegar Delicious
Oh my gosh this is the best tasting vinegar. It is so different from other citrus vinegars. Every time I have used it I have received numerous compliments on my dressing. I will be sure not to be with it. I always make homemade salad dressings and this will be one of my go to for vinaigrette. It is even good on vanilla ice cream.

Very tiny size but taste good.
I thought it was too much money for the size. But good quality.

A bit pricey, but singular.
Four stars here because, while singularly different and tasty, it is a bit spendy. I am not sorry I bought it, great to have in the pantry. Also, a little goes a long way when one chooses to employ it. Great vinegar to have.

New favorite vinegar!
Excellent! This is good for any kind of salad, old fashioned shrub cocktail or as a flavor enhancer for a liquor cocktail! Light, refreshing, citrusy flavor that will become a staple in my kitchen from now on.

Tiny, expensive liquid sugar
First thought on opening the box was, “Seriously?” I had no idea this bottle was so tiny. It’s 100 ml, just under 3.4 fl oz… for more than $20.Second thought upon reading the label: 28 g of carbohydrates per Tablespoon? That’s sweeter than CORN SYRUP.Vinegar doesn’t have to be unsweetened, but this doesn’t really function as vinegar at all with this much sugar. It’s a flavor to be used sparingly, maybe a half-teaspoon to punch up a cocktail or as a finishing touch for a dessert, vegetable or side dish. It could add a sparkle to fresh fish but be keenly aware: this is just a seasoning and unless you’d consider using corn syrup in a salad dressing, you probably won’t want to spend this much for anything this sweet.Calamansi/calamondin is a great, tart citrus and many will need to temper the tartness with sugar. I’m just saying that this product is wildly expensive and infinitely sweeter than anyone would need for most culinary uses. A few drops in a Manhattan maybe… I really regret this purchase.

Salad game changer
Love it what a beautiful different tasting vinegar! My advice is use a light olive oil not the typical olive oil you would use to cook with.
