Good but very little dried fruit.

I eat this nearly every day for breakfast. I add fairlife skim milk, cinnamon, hemp hearts, and chia seeds. I use maple syrup or sugar free syrups to sweeten it a tiny bit. It’s a great nutritionally dense breakfast choice, especially if you add some berries or apples to it.

Once upon a time . . . back in the day . . . owning horses and feeding grain was always a highlite of my life. As a livestock owner, eating/nibbling on the grain fed to the animals may sound gross to you, but in reality I'm thinking it gave me an appreciation for the individual grains in breakfast cereals of today. This one I have found to be my all-time favorite, and let me tell you a few silly reasons why. Firstly, it has dates. I just love dates. Many grain cereals today don't include that one fruit that I so love, so for me that is a plus (for them too). The variety of grains, sunflower seeds, almonds, raisins, all give it the quality I crave today. One totally silly reason I love this stuff is when I wear my reading glasses while eating I can see each and every thing that is heading for my gullet. All the different shapes, shades of browns and creams, pieces of crunch that make my breakfast time enjoyable. The last and most important one for me is that I don't have to cook it. Just pour what I want into a small clear pyrex bowl and almost cover it with water. Wait 10 minutes and it and its crunch is ready.

I have this for breakfast at least 4 times a week and for a snack on other days. I love it with almond milk, Stevia and other dried fruits or I make a plain Greek yogurt "parfait" with Stevia and other dried fruit. It's addictive :D
