After the first couple of uses the product stops charging. I bought two and both had the same issue.

Only had for two days; purchased for wife's foot pain on advice of podiatrist. It was well packaged and she placed into service immediately. It was tricky getting started, however as the instructions were not clear. I want to state what it took. The unit definitely needed charging. That took about 4 hours. Getting the light to operate seemed hard but we have it now. Push and hold the universal on/off for 3 -4 seconds or until you hear a beep. Release and immediately TAP QUICKLY to engage the red light. My wife kept holding the 2nd tap too long but she finally got it. It is too early to know if it is effective but she believes in the concept and plans on giving it a fair trial.

This arrived quickly which was fantastic because I managed to do something stupid and fell over a garden hose and landed on my knee - I felt like I weighed at least as much as a tank when I hit. After 3 days of hobbling, hopping, whining ;) and living with an ice pack I remembered what just 3 cold laser treatments by the vet had done for one of my dogs that fell down the stairs and hurt her neck. This unit is not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it did the job. My pain and swelling subsided where ice was having no discernable effect. As a caveat, try to research your type of injury prior to use to make sure it's appropriate and don't go to extremes with use at first so that you don't have too-rapid healing but as far as I'm concerned this is a great unit for the price and definitely something I will be keeping around from now on. Not that I plan on being that stupid ever again...;)

Bought this to treat nerve pain in my hand, if I use this on high for at least 10 minutes it relieves the ache in my hands. Also using this on my dog's ACL/CCL injury, she really seems to enjoy the extra pampering - she's still limping but i seems to be improving, I am using this on her knee twice a day.

I have used this after get some professional treatment. I wanted to try a home therapy version so I could use on a more regular basis. I think being able to use regularly when the need is there has definitely helped.

This really helps with sore spots and any inflammation , I would not hesitate to order one again. It really releaves pain. Very happy with this and thinking of ordering another to have upstairs.

This product is great. It has time and intensity settings. I have joint pain and advanced osteoarthritis in both my knees. It helps greatly to temporarily relieve the pain. I use it daily and can walk with less pain.

Love the product. The only thing I would change is that you could use the laser by propping it up on the handle instead of having to hold it.
