good for diabetes and arthritis
start with low dose like 1/4 tea spoon and gradually rise. 8 to 10 grams is tollerable. beyond that it may your blood sugar low ( if u are on diabetic medicines ) its good for leg cramps, my leg cramp completely gone. Blood sugar remains very normal ( with my allopathic medicines) high dose like 1 tablespoon may make u constipative and low blood sugar ( sweating and shaking )

Good. I tried to take it by mouth with water but I failed to do so. Then I tried to take it by making it's solution in water cold and hot water. But either way found difficult to consume. Then I find better way. I use it while making dow. I make green parathas of it.
