Beautiful Color
So happy with the compact, neat appearance of this sofa. It is firm and the only thing I would recommend is that if you are a very tall person - this one isn't for you. The seat depth is pretty short, but comfortable. Just think it would not sit well for a person close to 6 foot.

Better Than Expected
As an older person, I can't easily get off sofas that are pillowy soft. The seat of this sofa is sturdy; at first I thought too hard, but as soon as I leaned back with the electric recliner button, I was comfy as could be. Best of all I can easily get up off this sofa, despite my elderly, weak legs. In addition the lounge part for the legs is well cushioned and very comfortable on my tired old legs. I wish I had bought this sofa five years ago!

Ashley Furniture
Beware of buying anything from Ashley Furniture. I had the sofa for only about 5 months and the stiching on the headrest has come undone. I contacted Ashley and they refused to honor their own warranty. I could say a lot more but just don't take the chance like I did. I will never buy anthing else from Ashley Furniture.

Very comfortable and nice looking
The couch is good sized easily seats three and feels fantastic.

You get what you pay for
I got this when it was on sale slightly. The sofa is really uncomfortable and meant for someone shorter than 5'5". I'm 5'8" and my feet hang off the edge of the recliner. It's breaking in a bit after a month but it's certainly not comfortable enough, in any position, to spend more than an hour on it. On top of that, one side of the frame was bent which created a lot of challenges during assembly.

So soft, so cushiony
Never had a couch delivered in a box prior to this one. I was super skeptical ordering online, but it was completely worth it. Instructions were a little small is my only dislike so far.

Plush
Nice. Plush. A little more on the firm side. Easy assembly. Plug in and enjoy the recline. **Both side recline** Color dark Gray more like dark bluish gray. Happy with purchase

Junk... A spring broke or something?
I've never seen anything like this and I don't think it's something I can fix. This sofa arrived damaged and has always made a popping noise when reclining. Then suddenly the middle cushion just sunk! It makes a really loud noise if you sit or push on it. I am guess it's a spring or something that broke? But I have no clue how to fix something like that. I'm not sure if it's just a piece of crud or it was from the damage with delivery. I would call it junk, and not recommend at all.
