Fairly easy to digest. The taste is fine without being too overbearing. I chose this simply because of the ingredients, it’s not loaded with sugar like the rest of them are.

Weird tasting and smell
When opened a bunch of dust came out when getting a tablet. Tablets seem old. Not a fan of the taste or smell of this either. Won’t purchase again.
